A Neuroscience-based Approach

We come to coaching from a neuroscience-based approach looking at executive functions, the control centre of your brain and through one-to-one coaching, we look at these fundamental spaces;

  • the individual’s desired outcomes and vision of success,
  • the internal landscape, environmental factors and the present,
  • the brain’s role in creativity and the gateway to new self-awareness, purpose and resolve.

Executive functions (EF) are in the prefrontal cortex of our brain and control all of our thoughts, actions, emotions and behaviour. They enable us to plan and schedule our time, make timely decisions, hold instructions in mind, get going on tasks and keep going when things are challenging.

These are all essential skills for effective career success and progression as well as a more balanced work and professional life.
