In this Brain Breakthroughs Masterclass, Rachel Breskal one of our Executive Function coaches, will share simple, yet incredibly effective strategies and techniques to build habits and routines to help you stay on top of keeping your house clean and tidy. Tasks which so many of us with executive function challenges struggle with.

What will you learn?

Rachel will first address why we can sometimes become messy and untidy…and its not because we are lazy! We arent’ incapable human beings, but we can use what we know about neuroscience and up the cleaning routines to build the routines we need to stay on top of clutter and cleanliness. And then we need to know how to stick to those routines through habit forming.

During this Masterclass we will look at:

  • The neuroscience behind we struggle to have clean and tidy houses
  • How habits are formed
  • The challenges we face when forming these habits
  • Managing your expectations and goal setting
  • Tools and strategies which will help you
  • Creating a long term strategy to help you stick to your new habits
