Leaders in Neuroinclusion at Work

About Us

We help organisations unlock hidden talent and drive performance by embedding neuroinclusive practice into everyday workplace culture.

Driving Neuroinclusion

Real-life strategy to reach your goals.

At the heart of Connections in Mind is Victoria Bagnall, Co-Founder. A Cambridge graduate, trained teacher, and proudly neurodivergent leader, Victoria has spent over a decade specialising in executive function and neuroinclusive practice.

Her work translates complex neuroscience into practical strategies that help organisations design cultures where every brain can thrive. She has partnered with leading employers including the NHS, Ernst & Young, Citibank, and Zetland, supporting them to unlock hidden talent, reduce burnout, and embed sustainable inclusion.

Victoria’s mission is simple: no one should feel unseen or unsupported because of the way their brain works.

What we do

At CiM Workforce, we translate cutting-edge neuroscience into practical training, coaching, and consulting for organisations. Our goal is simple: to help workplaces unlock hidden talent, reduce burnout, and build cultures where every employee can thrive.

We work with leaders, managers, HR, DEI specialists, and whole teams to embed neuroinclusion into everyday practice — moving beyond disclosure to proactive systems that support all brains.

Our services include:

Coaching & Training – equipping people at every level with the skills to support neurodivergent talent.

Consulting & Culture Change – auditing policies and practices to create psychologically safe, inclusive environments.

Bespoke Programmes – tailored pathways for recruitment, retention, and career progression across your organisation.

Transforming Workplaces Together

Real experiences, real impact, real change

The training was really eye opening for all of us.  We found that we all had neurodivergent traits and it helped us to be more supportive. Looking forward to the next session.

Kate, VP - Talent
As a neurodivergent person I really enjoyed seeing my colleagues understand my challenges in a really relatable way. I consider myself to be well informed, but I learnt a lot too.
Nick, Head of HR
The training really helped the team understand the neuroscience behind their behaviours and it has helped us have more open honest conversations.
