Our Executive Function Level 1 Training empowers educators, therapists, coaches, and workplace professionals to embed neuroscience-informed coaching into their practice.

We train participants to understand the brain behind behaviour and to use practical frameworks that improve organisation, focus, planning, and emotional regulation in real-world settings. Our approach blends self-study, interactive live sessions, and applied practice to build coaching confidence and impact.

Format and pricing

  • Programme length: 8 weeks

  • Pre-learning: 2–3 hours per week (self-paced online study)

  • Live sessions: 5 × interactive sessions with role-play and applied learning

  • Practical coaching week: hands-on experience to consolidate skills

  • Certification: Level 1 EF Coach status with CPD accreditation
