I have over 20 years’ experience in coaching and personal development, and this is at the heart of everything I do.  My passion is to work with individuals to support and guide them to take the first step to make changes and transform themselves.  I listen with intent to understand the client and I am always present and attentive to their needs.  Whatever the challenge, from developing key EF skills to focusing on motivation and strategies, we work on it together in partnership.

With a background in occupational psychology, I use my knowledge and experience to guide and choose the best solutions and strategies that clients can embed into everyday life.  I also have experience of using positive psychology techniques and experience of working with clients with neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD.  My approach is client-centred and achieving great outcomes for you is my goal.
