My name’s Matt and I have over 10 years professional coaching and training experience. I provide coaching and training to individuals, teams and organisations across the UK and Australia. My areas of coaching expertise include: executive functions, productivity, career development, emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship.

I specialise in supporting neurodiverse (ADHD, ASD) young adults to reach their academic and career-based goals. My extensive coaching experience and knowledge of executive functions enables me to offer bespoke coaching programs,
empowering my clients to achieve tangible outcomes whilst building confidence and autonomy.

My positivity and energy are infectious. I have a calm, genuine and motivating personality. I am an ‘all in’ or ‘all out’ sort of person. I approach everything in life with intention, purpose and commitment. I bring this approach to coaching and the way I serve my clients.

Gym (weights, endurance challenges), listening to music (especially hip hop),
skateboarding (was a sponsored skateboarder), fashion (experimenting with different trends), new experiences (e.g.,
The Northern Lights and climbing a glacier in Iceland), reading and public speaking (Toastmasters).

My role was to develop and deliver innovative projects which improve the financial wellbeing of Wentworth clients and build their capacity to gain and sustain paid employment. As a part of my role I Co-founded and developed Wentworth’s first social enterprise startup “Neighbourhood Jobs”, aimed at providing employment, coaching and training to young people aged 15-25.
