Sarah Withey
I am an Executive Function (EF) Skills Coach working with young children, teens and adults supporting them to become their very best selves. In our sessions we will practise things like planning, organisation, managing time and improving focus and study skills. Together, if needed, we develop strategies to help you with your self control, to increase your flexibility always working towards achieving independence and success.
I am also a life coach specialising in health and wellbeing with my own coaching business. Before retraining as a coach a decade ago, I worked in the NHS as a critical care nurse specialist, educator and manager. As a part of those jobs, I had been coaching my patients and my staff through a range of acute and chronic illnesses (both physical and psychological) helping them to maximise their health and well being. I also regularly coached healthcare personnel in professional and career development.
Outside of my work I enjoy sports, cooking and the theatre and am lucky than I can share those interests with my family. Trouble is my 9 year old son is going to be a better skier than I am very soon and my husband has become a very good cook! Evidence of the benefit of coaching!
