Nicki Hamilton

An all-age coach based in South Staffordshire. Happy to do face-to-face appointments locally or online.
I have been a careers adviser for over 25 years, a life coach for 20, and an emotional wellbeing practitioner for about 15 and I specialise in coaching around executive functioning skills, particularly clients with ADHD and autism.
I offer a holistic service and work across lots of settings, from mainstream to special educational schools, colleges and universities. I work with employers, families and all the professionals in between.
The expertise and knowledge that I bring to my sessions include over 20 years of working within specialist settings, special educational schools and colleges and working with families, teachers and all the professionals involved. I was part of a team that helped update Educational Health Care Plans and I still support these processes now, helping consider what the next steps are and advising on appropriate provisions.
A coaching session with me can feel quite relaxed, but actually what we are doing is taking part in transformational conversations, where I’m helping you think about what it is that you really want to achieve. I’ll help you identify and work towards the goals you want to reach.
I’ll challenge you and it will help you think about how much you can push yourself. It might even challenge perceptions of who you are as a person, what your values are and the things that you are capable of.
I love helping people unlock their potential, realising their dreams and sometimes all you need is some space to pause, learn more and think about how its appropriate to you, with encouragement to give things a go, as well as accountability to succeed.
I also live in a very neurodiverse house, where there is a range of needs from ADHD, sensory processing, dyslexia and anxiety and am often the monitor, regulator and sensory soother of these, so can bring these lived experiences too.
I love being around family, going to gigs and theatre, as well as appreciating great food!
