I am a passionate coach with a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, as well as training in executive function coaching.
I am working with a wide range of individuals in both, my workshops and 1-2-1 sessions. Besides the topics of executive functions and neurodiversity, I am supporting many of my clients with confidence, nervous system regulation, authenticity, & self-esteem.
