Hello, I’m Abi, a coach with a passion for supporting people to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
My coaching journey began a decade ago as a Community Health Trainer, supporting people to make the lifestyle changes that mattered to them, from increasing physical activity and improving nutrition, to reducing alcohol or stopping smoking. Since then, I’ve worked in drug and alcohol services, supported employment and student wellbeing, as well as qualifying as a professional coach.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching neurodivergent clients managing a range of executive function challenges, often alongside experiences of anxiety, depression, addiction, and burnout. This work has deepened both my skill set and understanding of how executive function impacts our day-to-day lives.
As an executive function coach, I support clients to build sustainable, personalised strategies around planning, organisation, time management, and task initiation, whilst also attending to emotional regulation and people’s wellbeing.
As a neurodivergent person myself, I’m especially attuned to the creative, intuitive, and non-linear ways neurodivergent minds often work. I believe coaching should celebrate those strengths rather than attempt to “fix” or suppress them.
My coaching style is collaborative, warm, and practical. I bring a steady, curious presence to sessions and work with clients to co-create strategies that truly fit them. You can expect a balance of structure and flexibility, with gentle accountability and a focus on reducing overwhelm.
Outside of coaching, I have a Degree in Health and Social Care and a Masters in Inclusive Arts Practice, which led me to founding and running an art studio for people experiencing mental health issues from 2013 – 2019. I’m still involved in community arts now, and the things that make me feel good are painting, being in nature and listening to music or comedy podcasts.
