I am an empathetic, problem-solver with a passion for working with neurodivergent people. I am creative and love to use this quality to work with clients to enhance their working life. I believe that by understanding your own executive function profile and working with it, is key to finding a proactive way forward in the most challenging work or home scenarios.
I am approachable, patient and understanding. I feel driven to understand each client by showing care and consideration; knowing that each neurodivergent person is completely unique.

Work Experience
I have a background in education-based and tech personal assistant/executive assistant roles. I relish the opportunity to work on large projects, meeting deadlines as required. Through these supporting roles, I have enhanced the implementation of a variety of projects. My project management skills and attention to detail have assisted in the fulfilment of multimillion pound building projects, recruitment/HR support and compliance. The golden thread through my work experience over the years has been my passion to understand and work with people. I am adept at building positive working relationships, always searching for the unique working styles of each manager and how to further enhance these systems.
I have been working as a SEND tutor with neurodivergent young people since 2024. I plan and differentiate sessions to individual students, catering specifically to their EHCP and personality. I have most recently started work as a mentor for university students with a neurodivergent diagnosis. I support students with their upcoming deadlines, developing planning and organisation skills, whilst also acting as a sounding board for any wellbeing or pastoral challenges they may face. I have been working with Connections in Mind since April 2025 as a Personal Assistant, working with clients successfully since then.
I also have experience as a self-employed musician. I understand the personal drive and motivation required to run a business and have confidence in the management of my self-employed accounts and social media platforms.
